1. Start with a FREE Consultation
Every beautiful smile starts with an initial visit! To get off to a good start we are going to ask lots of questions so we can better understand your concerns and goals. Then we’ll do a short oral exam to see if orthodontic treatment is right for you. If you haven’t scheduled your free consultation yet and would like to do so now please click here to request one.
2. Determine What The Best Treatment Options Are
If orthodontics is right for you, the next step is to come up with treatment options that best meet your individual needs. Our board-certified orthodontists will review your dental and medical history and do a complete oral exam with X-rays and molds of your teeth so that we can study your situation in depth and create a custom treatment plan.
3. Understand Your Treatment Options
Once your doctor has determined the best course of treatment for you we’ll go over all of the treatment options that are available to you, the details of those treatments as well as financial information so that you can make the best decision for yourself or your child.
4. Start Treatment
The day that you get your braces (or another orthodontic appliance) is the day that your treatment actually starts. We’ll explain everything there is to know about what actually happens the day you start treatment and how to take proper care of your teeth and your new appliances.
5. Keep Everything on Track
Visiting us every three to four weeks for adjustments of your orthodontic appliances is critical to ensuring that your teeth are moving along like they are supposed to.
Our team will work with you to make sure that your appointments are as convenient as possible. We understand that “life happens”. If you’re running late or need to reschedule just let us know and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.
6.Protect Your Teeth & Gums
It’s very important that you continue to visit your family dentist once every three to six months for cleanings and routine checkups to make sure that your teeth and gums stay healthy.
Adult dentists and hygienists in Dental Care of Stamford and pediatric dentists in Dental Care Kids are just steps away so both check ups / cleanings and orthodontic adjustment visits can be scheduled the same day to save you time and effort!
We started orthodontics in Louisville, Kentucky and when we moved it was really hard to find another orthodontist because nobody would take people who had already started treatment. But then we found Dr. Feibesh and we were really happy. For all of our appointments we're always satisfied with the outcome.
I would refer this dentist to my friends because they are really nice here and they are always kind. When I got my braces on they were really nice and helped me with it. They've taken me step-by step on what to do with my rubber bands and how to wear them. Today I'm getting them off and I'm kind of relieved because I don't have to be self-conscious about my crooked teeth anymore because now they're straight.
My smile wasn't very pretty at first so I thought why not make it prettier. The treatment has helped me gain confidence in my smile and it's really fun to be here.
I really enjoyed having my braces done here - It took a while but I'm happy with the final result and the whole team here was very supportive.
Everyone is so nice, it's such a fun place to be. Even though I have to come after school I'm happy too because it's such a nice place to be.
I chose to get orthodontics because my bottom teeth were very crooked and I felt that over time they would only gradually get worse. I wanted straight perfect teeth before I graduated college so that was the decision I made to come here and get the procedure done with Dr. Pete who I really enjoy and who has taken very good care of me. I definitely recommend it to others.
My doctor, Dr.Pete has been really nice to me - I liked all my appointments with him. He's really easy going and easy to talk to. My teeth look perfect now.
When I got my braces I was really scared because lots of people say they hurt. But then I met Dr. Pete and he's really nice and he makes you feel better.
I had a space in the front of my teeth and I always promised myself I would fix it. I didn't know which dentist to go. From the first call the staff on the line were very helpful and I felt comfortable. So I came and had a consultation with Dr. Scher and I even felt more comfortable so I knew that this was the place I wanted to be. I'm quite pleased. I've been through treatment now for 9 months and my spaces are closing up. The atmosphere, the staff, the receptionists, Dr. Scher, they are so friendly. I would recommend Dental Care of Stamford Orthodontics, anytime to anyone for anything.
